CrossFit总部关于取消中国新政的声明

尊敬的CrossFit中国大家庭成员，

Esteemed CrossFit affiliate owners and fans:

近来，由于CrossFit 中国团队在组建初期对外沟通方式的不成熟与发布内容的不谨慎，导致了广大CrossFit 爱好者和场馆经营者的困惑和质疑，谨就此向所有关心爱护CrossFit 的人士表达诚挚的歉意。

立足于倾听需求，解决问题，提供价值这三个原则，CrossFit 中国将进一步强化内部团队建设，端正沟通态度。为了给中国社群提供更好的服务支持，顺利推进 CrossFit 本土化工作。CrossFit 总部声明如下：

CrossFit China recently issued a series of public statements that do notaccurately reflect the sentiments or directives of CrossFit, Inc. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by these statements：

1. 在充分了解社群的意见及建议后，宣布免去Dale Saran 先生 CrossFit 中国 CEO 一职。自声明发布之日起，由孔亮先生代为负责 CrossFit 中国公司的日常工作。

As of today, DaleSaran will no longer serve as CEO of CrossFit China. Mr. Kong Liang will be responsible for the daily operations of CrossFit China.

2. 取消原计划于 2018 年 11 月 17-18 日举行的全中文 CrossFit 一级教员培训，未来中国地区CrossFit 教员培训继续沿用现有全球体系。认证场馆的加盟费用保持每年三千美元不变，以人民币进行结算，并附加百分之六税费。

All future CrossFit seminars in China will continue to follow the existing format in line with theglobal system. The affiliation fee for both new and existing Chinese affiliateswill remain 3,000USD and may be paid in RMB with a 6% value added tax.

3. 首届 CrossFit 中国馆主峰会将于本月 20 日在杭州举行。我们诚挚的邀请各位馆主出席，与 CrossFit 创始人 Greg Glassman 及多名总部及中国公司代表共同商讨发展，形成共识。Greg Glassman也将专门与龚旭东先生进行面对面交流。

CrossFit founder and Chairman Greg Glassman, along with representatives from CrossFit HQ and CrossFit China, looks forward to meeting with all CrossFit affiliates in Chinaat the first CrossFit China Summit on October 20, 2018 in Hangzhou.

4. CrossFit 中国的定位并不是领导者，而是服务于社群与爱好者的公仆。“培养更多高水平教员”以及“扩大 CrossFit 在中国本土的品牌和社群影响力”是CrossFit中国团队努力的方向，也希望得到广大CrossFit 爱好者和场馆经营者的持续支持与监督。
